The quick answer is yes.
Unrealistic expectations happen to just about everyone. Let me give you an example.
Missy is over 50 and still looking for her soulmate. She has been quoting affirmations for a long time. She has vision boards picturing the wealthy man who she is sure is coming. She is positive she wants to attract a man who can be financially generous with her.
What’s wrong with that? Not a thing. Except the results. Missy was super vulnerable to good looking hot shots in their thirties. All they had to do was take her to a fancy dinner and she was gaga over them.
Sure they were financially stable (and good looking) she was smitten. Until they ghosted on her. The pattern repeated over and over. The scary part, some of the guys are dangerous and hurt her physically.
Two weeks ago, Missy started to do the Magnetizers with no coaching at all. A simple release of trapped emotional energy. After four twenty minute sessions, she called me so excited I had to tell her to stop and take a breath
